Parent's or Guardian's Agreement

Please attach photocopies of the latest School report, Marks-sheet and the age certificate, duly attested by the Principal of the previous school. Application which are not complete in all respects will be rejected.
Transfer Certificate from the previous school be submitted to our school office at the time when the admission of your child has been finalised. If should also be counter signed by the District Education Officer, If the student has studied in a school affiliated to State Board of by the Secretary of the C.B.S.E or Transfer Certificate the admission of your child will not be considered final and he/she will not be sent up for the Final Public Examination.
Having carefully read the prospectus of the Cambridge Public School, Araria. I desire to admit my son/daughter Master/Km………………….. to the school, to be educated in accordance with the school by creating a harmonious atmosphere for the child at home.

I hereby agree to comply with the condition laid down in the prospectus of the school and also the rules of the school as and when they are modified by the management.
I undertake to adhere to the requirements of the school regarding leave from school, clothing & uniform and promotion to/detention in class.
I also undertake to give due notice of withdrawal of my ward from the school and agree to pay the fees as fixed by the school management.
A student at the time of admission/later detected to be suffering from bed wetting, or from any infectious/contagious disease will be with drawn from the school.
